MAKES ITS OWN CRUST CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs well in blender or mixer. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until lightly brown and pulling away from edges. Remove from oven. Let set for 20 minutes.

Mix the sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour onto fallen pie. Bake another 20 minutes. Top with pie filling before serving.
