YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder (if not using self-rising flour)

Sift flour and salt, stir in eggs and milk, beat well until smooth. Put small amount of fat from roast into baking pan or muffin pans. Pour in batter and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until nice and brown.

Olive oil or vegetable oil can be substituted for the fat from roast, but it must be hot before putting in batter mix. This is served with English roast beef dinner.
