GREAT TASTING VEGGIES 
1 c. Japanese eggplant
1 c. zucchini
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. green beans
Crushed red peppers
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil

Heat stir fry pan. Add oil and heat for a minute. Add sliced vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes or until beans are seared. Add garlic, salt and crushed red peppers to taste. Stir fry 4 more minutes or until done. Serves 4 to 6.
