BRAN MUFFINS 
4 eggs, beaten
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted shortening or oil
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar (can use less)
5 c. flour
15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal

Mix with wooden spoon and let stand in refrigerator for 2 days before using. Grease muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
