CHEESE CUPCAKES 
12 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 vanilla wafers
12 paper cups
1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry)

Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Put paper cup liners in muffin pan. Add 1 vanilla wafer to each liner. Pour cream cheese mixture into liners. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Add pie filling to cupcake.
