2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Turn oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat eggs. Mash in bananas. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into ungreased loaf pan (or pans - depending on size of pan). Bake for approximately 1 hour.

Cupcakes: Fill each cupcake paper approximately 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting found in the Dessert section.
