PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. approx. powdered sugar

Cool sugar, butter and milk together 2 minutes after it comes to a boil. Stir in salt, vanilla and peanut butter. Let cool. Add enough powdered sugar to spread. Beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cupcakes.
