1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
48 M & M's peanut candies
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes. Mix together sugar, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, soda, and salt. Spread in pan. Put candy about 1 1/2 inches apart on dough. Bake until light brown. Makes about 48 cubes.
