SHRIMP LOG 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. minced cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 inches chopped stuffed olives
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Stir cream cheese until soft. Blend in rest of ingredients. Place on wax paper. Shape into log. Chill thoroughly. Can be made into 2 logs, serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
