TURTLES 
1 pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

Melt caramels, water and butter. Stir in pecans. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Melt chips and paraffin over low heat. Dip "turtles" in chocolate mixture and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Makes 50-60 "turtles".
