PEPPER CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken thighs
Salt
Pepper
Flour

Fry chicken with salt, pepper, and flour; set aside.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. shoyu
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground red pepper
2-3 stalks green leaf onion, minced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Combine these ingredients in a salad dressing shaker. Shake until sugar dissolves. Pour desired amount on individual pieces, or dip.
