IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. softened butter
4 eggs

Grease pie plate - 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds) in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool.
