CHOC - BUTTERSCOTCH LUSH 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. butter

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Fold in 1/2 large container of Cool Whip (9 ounce).

TOPPING:

2 lg. pkgs. instant pie filling
5 c. milk

Mix pudding with spoon until thick. Refrigerate until thick.

Spread over cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture over cooled crust. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
