POOR MAN'S STROGANOFF | |
2 lb. beef stew meat 1 lg. onion 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms 2 cans Campbell's mushroom soup 1 can beef gravy Fry stew meat in butter; sprinkle with meat tenderizer while browning. Add chopped onion and mushrooms. Once meat is cooked, drain off most of the juices. Add 2 cans of soup and can of gravy. Heat; serve over egg noodles or rice. |
