1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix ingredients together well. Bake in greased and floured 9"x13" cake pan (or two loaf pans) at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
