CHOW - CHOW 
12 onions
10 green tomatoes
6 red peppers
1 med. head of cabbage
6 green peppers
1/2 c. salt

Chop above ingredients and mix. Soak overnight in the 1/2 cup of salt. Rinse three times. 2 c. water 1 tbsp. celery seeds 4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. turmeric 2 tbsp. mustard seed

Mix all ingredients and let come to a boil. (If desired hot, add 4-5 hot peppers.) Cook 25 minutes. Fill jars and seal.
