REESES PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
22 single (11 whole) graham crackers (usually 1 pkg. in a box of crackers)
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. peanut butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Finely crush graham crackers. (I use my food processor for all of this recipe.) Set aside.

Blend sugar, butter and peanut butter. Slowly add cracker crumbs until entire mixture is smooth.

Spread in a 9"x13" greased pan. (You may have to pat it out with your hands.) Melt chocolate chips and frost the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting into squares.
