3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk and flour until thick. Let cool slightly. Mix Crisco, butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy, add milk mixture and beat well.
