1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter

Melt butter, mix with flour and nuts. Line a 10 x 12 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine and spread over crust:

1 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix:

2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix pudding until thick. Spread over cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip.

Hint: You can use 1 large box pudding mix. Then use the amount of milk called for on box. You can also use 1 small chocolate and 1 vanilla if you prefer.
