STEP #1:

1 graham cracker crust for pie

STEP #2:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 extra lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla

STEP #3:

24 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend all of Step #2 ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Mix by hand ingredients in Step #3. Pour over cheesecake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Remove and refrigerate after cooling. Serve with strawberries, jelly, etc.
