1 lb. hamburger
1 can whole tomatoes, drained & cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. chili seasoning mix
1 can sliced ripe olives
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 inches). Cook and stir hamburger until brown, drain. Stir in tomatoes, onion and chili seasoning. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. 6-8 servings.
