HOT MILK CAKE 
4 egg whites

Beat until fluffy and add two cups of sugar, 1 cup hot milk, 1 tablespoon of butter melted in milk. Add 4 egg yolks, 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a large rectangular cake, good with penuche frosting.
