INDIAN FRY BREAD 
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. powdered milk
2 tbsp. honey
Oil for frying

Mix all except oil. Divide into balls. Flatten out to 3 inches in palm of hand. Roll out thin. Fry flattened pieces in oil until it puffs up. Turn over and fry on other side for several seconds. Remove from oil and drain. Roll in sugar or eat plain with butter.
