1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 tsp. pesto sauce (Di Gorino or similar)
1/2 loaf French bread

Combine first 3 ingredients in small container. This can be done in advance.

Preheat broiler. Slice bread lengthwise. Broil cut side up just until it starts to brown. Remove and spread with pesto mixture. Put bread back under broiler. Broil until bubbling and turning brown. Make sure you watch so it doesn't burn. Cut into serving pieces.
