BAYD BIL BATATA (EGGS AND
POTATO)
 
8 eggs
1 1/2 lb. peeled, chopped, fried potatoes
salt and pepper
shortening
1/4 c. chopped onions

Fry onions with 3 tablespoons shortening until they are tender; add over all the ingredients and fry until eggs are done. Serve in the morning as a breakfast or light dinner with pita bread.
