DEVILED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. chili sauce

Remove most of the fat from the chops. Marinate the chops for 1 hour in remaining ingredients. Drain chops and brown in fat. When brown, add marinating mixture. Cover the frying pan and simmer over low heat 1 hour.
