JIFFY FUDGE 
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Mix 2 minute on low speed until chocolate chips and marshmallows melt. Beat high speed about 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture begins to hold shape. Pour in a buttered 9x9x2 inch pan to cool on rack. Cut into squares.
