NOODLE PUDDING WITH SOUR CREAM 
8 oz. pkg. med. noodles
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. golden raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, rinse. In mixing bowl blend cheese, sour cream, sugar and eggs and raisins. Mix with noodles and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Turn into casserole, bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn temperature down to 300 degrees. Bake 30 minutes longer.
