BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. water
1 bay leaf

Brown pork chops. Mix ingredients and bring to a boil in saucepan. Put chops in a baking dish and pour sauce over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
