CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 slices American cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, catsup and pepper. Heat. Alternate meat mixture and cheese slice in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
