4 qts. popcorn
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. baking soda

Boil without stirring, Karo, sugar, vinegar, water and butter. When fine thread forms, add soda and stir real good and while still forming pour over corn.
