MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat together until stiff. 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. chopped nuts

Add to egg whites and spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Whip 1 pint whipping cream; add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding. Mix well. Then add 3/4 cup coconut and 2 small cans mandarin oranges (drained). Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
