MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. uncooked sm. shell macaroni
5 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
1 c. celery
1 sm. cucumber, thinly sliced

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again; chill. Combine vinegar, salad dressing mix and mayonnaise in a large bowl; beat with a wire whisk until combined. Gradually add oil, beating all the time. Stir in parsley and basil. Add celery, cucumber and macaroni. Toss to coat well. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
