MOLASSES OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. raisins; optional
1 c. nuts; optional

Cream sugar and Crisco. Beat in molasses and eggs. Stir in all other ingredients and mix well. Drop cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
