CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked, cut in pieces & browned in butter
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can mixed vegetables or a mixture of your own
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Dilute soups in 1 1/2 cups water. In bottom of casserole put some soup, next a layer of rice, a layer of chicken and a layer of vegetables, another layer of each, put tin foil on top. Bake at 350 degrees from 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
