BANANA-STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 lg. pkg. banana-strawberry Jello 1 1/4 c. boiling water 3 med. bananas, mashed (may use 2 jars banana baby food) 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 pt. sour cream Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add mashed bananas, crushed pineapple and thawed strawberries. Mix. Put 1/2 mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Solidify for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream evenly over Jello mix. Pour remaining Jello mixture over sour cream layer. "Set" overnight. Cut in squares. Serve on lettuce. |
