BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell (or make your own)
2 bananas
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can blueberry pie filling

Bake a deep dish pie shell as directed and cool. Mix shortening, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour over bananas that have been sliced into bottom of pie shell. Cover this with blueberry filling. Cool for 1-2 hours.
