PECAN DAINTIES | |
1 c. soft butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water 2 c. ground pecans Pecan halves Cream butter and sugar until light; add remaining ingredients except pecan halves and mix well. Chill until firm. Shape into 3/4" balls. Top each with pecan half. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 done. Store in air tight container. |
