CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped, fried in oil
2 cans tomato sauce & 1 can water
1 can kidney beans
2 to 2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
Salt & pepper & garlic granules
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover and cook slowly 15 minutes.
