SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. squash 1 sm. onion 1 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. butter Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain and mash. Add butter, cheese and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs. Beat egg and milk. Add to other ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set. |
