BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
8 chicken breast halves or turkey fillets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. rice
1/4 c. minced onion (optional)

Mix soups, rice, and onion; pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken breasts on top of mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
