JELLO PARTY MOLD 
3 oz. box apricot or orange Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix Jello and water. Beat in with mixer cream cheese. Add pineapple, oranges, and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 8 inch mold and chill overnight. Unmold and serve.
