IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 frying chicken, cut up
Melted butter

Mix first 5 ingredients. Dip each chicken piece into melted butter and then into crumb mixture. Be sure each piece is well coated.

Arrange chicken pieces so that they do not overlap in an open shallow roasting pan. Dot with butter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not turn.
