ONE STEP POUND CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. flavoring
1 c. butter, soft
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs

Blend all ingredients together at low speed. Then beat well for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool the cake upright in the pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Serve iced or plain.
