CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1/2 c. soft butter 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 3/4 c. white sugar 2 eggs 2 2/3 c. Bisquick 1 c. chopped nuts 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix well butter, sugar, eggs and stir in Bisquick, nuts and chocolate pieces. Roll, chill and slice. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until light brown. Makes 6 dozen cookies. Rolls of cookie dough can be frozen up to 3 or 4 months. These are easy and delicious. |
