COTTAGE CHEESE BUTTERHORNS 
1 1/2 lbs. butter (2 sticks)
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour

Cream butter, add cottage cheese, sugar, salt, mix well. Spoon in flour until well mixed. Chill dough overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts. Use enough flour to handle dough without sticking. Roll each part into a circle about 15 to 18 inches. Cut into 16 wedges. Roll up like a butterhorn, wide end first. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Frost with vanilla frosting.
