SUMMER VEGETABLE SAUTE | |
1/4 c. butter 2 tomatoes, med. 1 can French fried onions (2.8 oz.) 6 c. assorted vegetables 1 tsp. garlic salt In a large skillet melt butter; saute vegetables over medium heat until tender-crisp. Stir in tomatoes and garlic salt. Lower heat; cover and simmer 3-5 minutes or until tomatoes are heated through. When ready to serve, stir in 1/2 can onions. Garnish with remaining onions. Serves 6. |
