RAINBOW PARTY PUNCH 
2 (46 oz.) cans apricot nectar
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1 qt. ginger ale
12 oz. club soda
3 pts. sherbet (use 3 different flavors, such as pineapple, orange, lime or lemon)
Thin orange, lime and lemon slices for garnish

Have juices and soda well chilled before preparing punch. Combine nectar juice and lemonade in 8 quart punch bowl. Add about half the ginger ale and club soda. Add scoops of sherbet to punch bowl. Pour remaining ginger ale and club soda on top. Garnish with orange, lime and lemon slices. Serve immediately. Yield: About 7 1/2 quarts.
