LINGUINI TUNA SALAD | |
2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed & drained 1 (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/2 lb. linguini, broke in half & cooked & drained 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. sliced onions 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. Italian seasoning In large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions and seasonings; mix well. Add hot linguini; toss. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. |
