CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. cooked rice

12 cabbage leaves

Steam until wilted. Place the beef mixture in cabbage leaves and roll. Put side by side in a baking dish. Cover with 1 1/2 cans of soup. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
